Formerly LCC, now rebranded and relaunched as Edward Russell Associates, we're a specialist construction recruitment consultancy placing permanent talent across the UK, with a particular focus on mechanical and electrical (M&E) Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. M&E is a discipline in its own right. The commercial cycle, the contract forms, the supply chain, the difference between scheme value and package value — it takes genuine understanding to tell a strong candidate from a well-presented CV.
