Ledesh is the culmination of 17 years of management consulting experience. The Founder and President, Edwin J Noonan, has been assisting small and medium size businesses achieve their goals since 1993. No longer active in management consulting, Mr. Noonan wanted a forum that would allow him to remain engaged with entrepreneurs and to share his expertise in resolving issues faced by small Business Owners and CEOs. Having conducted numerous roundtables that provided positive results to the participants, and recognizing the benefits of current technology, Mr. Noonan combined the two concepts to create Virtual Roundtables. Virtual Roundtables provide the proven benefits of peer advisory groups with the efficiency and costs savings of an Internet conference. Roundtable Members are no longer restricted by geography due to the need to participate in face-to-face meetings. There is no need to spend time and money travelling to a physical meeting. Just as important, Members can literally reside anywhere, providing a richer cross section of experience and market perspective to all Members. Mr. Noonan is an inveterate entrepreneur and management consultant. For 17 years, he advised small to medium sized businesses on profit and expense control, organization and management issues, policies and procedures, and capital formation. Prior to consulting, he started and managed two successful businesses. The first business was an industrial products export company that established distributors in 14 countries. The second business was a wholesale investment banking firm that raised capital for growing companies. Mr. Noonan began his career with Caterpillar Tractor Co. in their Management Development Program, where he was assigned to Market Development and was responsible for over $4 billion in worldwide sales. His experience in investment banking began as an Account Executive with Merrill Lynch. His rewarding and diverse career has allowed him to review the operations of several hundred businesses in a wide variety of industries, both domestically and abroad. Mr. Noonan holds a Master's Degree in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management. He is an Accredited SCORE Business Counselor where he volunteers his time assisting small business entrepreneurs. Mr. Noonan is the only full time employee of Ledesh Ltd. He actively participates in Roundtables as the Facilitator and thoroughly enjoys the experience. As necessary, Ledesh contracts with independent Roundtable Facilitators who have been thoroughly vetted and who are successful Business Owners/CEOs.
