Welcome to Leeds Environmental Design Associates (LEDA), a worker-owned cooperative of designers dedicated to creating great sustainable buildings that respect the environment and are a joy to use. Registered in 1997, we are a multi-disciplinary co-operative of architects and building services engineers. We deliver quality, efficient, integrated design solutions in tandem with specialist advice, feasibility strategies, low carbon consultancy and passive house design. We help clients address all aspects of sustainability: social, environmental and economic. We have extensive experience of delivering buildings under exacting low energy standards and focus on the Passive House and AECB. Our engineering design embraces lean design and provides low cost buildings that are easy to use and maintain.
