Leay's teams are dedicated and retained for many years, with four out of every five employees in our workforce having remained with us over 10 years. We have the combined skills, knowledge and expertise from in-house fabricators, installers, expert estimators, surveyors and draughtsmen to provide a complete formidable team focusing on manufacturing a quality product and installing it correctly and on time. Leay have undergone many assessments, leading to accreditation's that we conform to such as the requirements of ISO9001 and ISO14001 along with other merits and are able to offer a range of fenestration systems suitable for commercial projects that incorporate into our designs optimum ventilation, thermal performance, optimised natural lighting, aesthetics, anti-ligature, blast enhanced, safety and security. Leay provides continual professional development to the staff who regularly undergo top-up courses to ensure that their skill levels have been maintained as well as receiving instruction on new products, regulations and market trends.
