As an autodidact and a learning professional who has made a career from learning, I live by this motto. I have a master's degree in learning technologies and work experience as a learning professional in Hi-tech, Business, and IDF. I LOVE leading change in organizations through learning, development, and technology and seeing them strive and evolve. Learning is the most effective way to improve business outcomes. I am the author of a book called 'Evolutionary learning', a book for learning professionals (Or junior's who want a big chunk of knowledge). Also, I am a Podcaster, my podcast (in Hebrew) is called ‘Hunger for knowledge’ (חפשו רעב לידע). Blogger, my blog ‘Learning Nuggets’ (Learntech.co.il) contains most of my publications which are research-based learning nuggets.
