We believe that the best student outcomes are achieved when educators are fully supported. That’s why we create tools to support the learning and development of classroom teachers.
InnovateEd believes that building the capacity of district and school professionals to implement highly effective systems and practices is the key to optimizing student success.
Developing high performing school districts requires a strategic focus, alignment of supports, and engagement of leaders across stakeholder groups. Client services are intentionally designed to support the critical areas of LCAP implementation, alignment with California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASP), district-wide implementation of CA state standards, and integration of student support systems based on college and career ready outcomes.
Developing Systems Leadership
It is essential that all of our administrators become instructional leaders. InnovateEd works with both district and site administrators via a coaching model that focuses on long-term strategic outcomes while reinforcing high leverage actions and providing formative feedback that accelerates the implementation of effective instructional practices.
Building Instructional Capacity
InnovateEd engages teachers in a lesson study model to develop instructional expertise by combining both lesson design training with instructional delivery coaching. We then implement learning rounds which allows teachers and site leaders to observe student engagement and effective instructional practices that accelerates common core implementation
Implementing Next Generation Academic Support
Through a collaborative process, InnovateEd guides site teams to develop, implement, monitor and support personalized pathways for each student to bridge middle through high school and create a roadmap for college aspirations and career goals. For optimal student success, we work with each school’s entire support team to include administrators, counselors and teachers.
