Authentic learning in organizations implies changes in attitude, in behavior and sometimes even in culture or infrastructure. Genuine learning resembles a durable construction, built in stages, brick by brick. True learning does not happen overnight, in one-off ready-made interventions, but through carefully designed programs that analyze "the field", develop skills and attitudes and reinforce them.
