The Harris Federation Teaching School Alliance is the professional development centre for the Harris Federation. We provide high-quality training that is facilitated by experienced school leaders, who have exemplary records in leading successful school improvement, and improving outcomes for their students. Our highly practical training and support programmes are available to all schools and academies, not just to Harris Federation staff. The Harris Federation has a proven track record of transforming underperformance rapidly, with 20 of our secondary academies all rated as 'good' or 'outstanding' and 75% rated 'outstanding' (Ofsted). The success we have had so far is a direct result of the talented and dedicated teachers, support staff and leadership teams we have in our Academies.

Welcome to REAch2 Academy Trust. Founded in 2012, REAch2 Academy Trust is the largest primary-only academy trust in the country, supporting 65+ primary academies across England. At the heart of REAch2 is an unshakeable belief that every child deserves a rich and rewarding education, regardless of their background or geographical location. Our academies are places where children receive exceptional teaching, discover new opportunities and develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to shape their futures. From the classroom to extra-curricular activities, we want every child to enjoy a rich educational experience that goes beyond the curriculum. We know that learning to read, write and add up is fundamental. But we believe education should offer so much more. Through our 11 Before 11 promises, we aim to give every child a series of memorable and meaningful experiences before they leave primary school at the age of 11. These experiences are designed to broaden horizons, build confidence and help children take the driving seat in their own lives. Across every REAch2 academy, we are ambitious for our children. We want them to be inspired, challenged and supported to explore new possibilities, develop high aspirations and realise their unique potential. We are one of the country's largest multi-academy trusts, united by a common purpose to transform the lives of the children, young people and communities we serve. Formed in 2009, we are a ‘not for profit’ organisation with 38 academies educating approximately 19,000 pupils across 7 local authority areas including Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire, Leicester City, West Northamptonshire, North Northamptonshire, Peterborough and Lincolnshire.
