learnEd's training programs aim at developing effective communication skills in English for experienced professionals as well as those just beginning a career. Participants find learnEd's teaching approach highly effective and transformative because it targets their problem areas through detailed needs assessment and contextualized practice. learnEd employs highly-qualified English language educators from around the world who deliver carefully designed learning experiences to fit the needs of our participants. learnEd's other projects in India include English language development and teacher development programs in schools and higher education institutions in India. learnEd's first project "WIRED" (Winter Interactive & Reflective English Development) was undertaken at the Nootan Education Trust's SK University in Visnagar, North Gujarat. The WIRED for Confidence program prepared over 300 students during 2012-13 for gaining confidence in their English language skills to improve their chances for employability. Many students have already called this experience "life-changing" as the training offered them with better opportunities in academic and professional areas.
