Leap Ahead Together is a cohort-based program that helps those in their early work years (ages 22-28) take control of their professional lives. We do this through a series of workshops focused on organizational theory and social connectivity that is the secret sauce to making meaningful connections at work quickly and authentically. Our cohort-based model sets young professionals up with a dedicated support system outside of work that is deeply committed to their professional and social success for the long run.
