About Us The Jacksonville Lean Consortium is a group of companies and government agencies, working together to become more efficient, more profitable, and therefore, more competitive in the global market place, through shared learning and networking in Continuous Improvement efforts based on Lean principles. Mission Statement To collaborate to improve the performance of businesses and organizations on the First Coast and to promote economic growth through the implementation of Lean Thinking methods and tools. Objective The JLC is a non-profit organization whose mission is to improve business performance and promote economic growth through the implementation of Lean Thinking, Tools, and Methodologies. Our objective is to establish the First Coast as a Center of Excellence for implementing Lean Thinking in the United States. Working together we assist our members in achieving world class results by providing educational opportunities for members to effectively implement Lean Practices. We hope to utilize our success to promote economic development and attract new business throughout the First Coast. The Jacksonville Lean Consortium delivers results!
