At Leander Build we act as Principle Contractor over a wide range of sectors for both Developers and Private clients throughout the south east. Our portfolio of completed and current projects vary in complexity, scope and contract value. We offer Traditional or Design and Build methods of construction, and complete both shell and core projects and turnkey schemes including fit out. We have successfully completed projects with a range of contract value from £3m – £10m, where our clients have benefited from our proven ability to complete both on time and within budget. We believe in an open and honest relationship with all our clients, which is demonstrated by the volume of repeat business and recommendations we receive.
