LeanCoaching was established in 2002 to satisfy a growing need for specialists capable not just of making recommendations (Know- What), but also of leading clients through the obstacles encountered during implementation (Know- How). LeanCoaching founder Gert Haar-Jorgensen has been advising blue chip organizations across Europe, US and Asia for the past 15 years, including 4 years as a Practice Expert at McKinsey & Company. LeanCoaching brings together highly experienced practitioners of lean transformations who combine outstanding insider knowledge of the Toyota Production System with problem solving at a Strategic level to maximize the business impact. LeanCoaching serves a wide variety of sectors globally, from office based processes to complex operations in Automotive, Electronics, Health Care, Pharmaceuticals, Toy industries and more recently the Media/Entertainment industry. We take a systems perspective to optimize all the elements of the value chain and deliver highly sustainable improvements to the operational performance, through Senior Management coaching and training internal change agents. We believe sustainable change depends upon creating robust high value added processes, while changing management paradigms and behaviours too. As a consequence, we actively seek to transfer our skills to the client team through face to face coaching. We involve the whole organization in creating the ideas and tailoring the implementation to suit the client.
