Helping start-ups, scale-ups and corporations to achieve product success through a lean and value-focussed approach. We offer coaching to teams that want to optimise their existing Product function. The goal is to coach the product manager towards their business objective and to strengthen the Product approach within the organisation. This is usually on-site, though we've successfully worked remotely with clients too. We also offer hands-on product management as a fractional product leader. This is mainly for start-ups who are considering their first Head of Product hire though would get more benefit from a fractional product expert alongside a tactical, full time product manager.
