I train Kanban with its evolutionary approach to change and Scrum the most common agile approach, a lightweight framework that helps organizations to find better ways of building products. All my Kanban classes are accredited by the Kanban University. My independent Scrum classes are guided by the learning objectives of Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org. And, for me it's never Kanban vs. Scrum. It is always Kanban on your existing process. If the latter is Scrum, good. Agility is about empirical process control, an approach that requires transparency, inspection and adaption. Always expect a safe place to ask, make mistakes, share experiences and learn.
