We love to see individuals take responsibility for their personal development and own the contributions they make to their respective teams, organizations and communities. We believe that one’s ability to lead oneself effectively (self-leadership) is fundamental to all leadership development. We are ecstatic when we see leaders become aware of their blind spots, or where their intentions do not match their impact. This increased self-awareness, coupled with newly acquired skills, positions the learner for change. It is during these vulnerable moments when learning can begin, growth can take place and teams can be impacted. It is also when intact team members move from tolerating their differences to valuing the unique differences each team member brings to the team and leveraging them to improve team cohesion and effectiveness.
