LeadProbe, Inc. is a lead testing company specializing in landlord lead paint testing. Leadprobe is owned and operated by Neil Roseman and services the entire state of MD* and the District of Columbia. Leadprobe has carried out thousands of inspections and has over 4,000 clients. The majority of inspections are at houses and apartments, but we have also inspected schools, churches, warehouses, military bases, courthouses and hospitals. What differentiates LeadProbe: We assess the property at no charge and perform the most appropriate lead testing. If the property fails the lead test, we will re-inspect for no labor charge. We use an XRF gun, which allows us to give a lead free certificate. The XRF gun also allows us to identify where the lead paint is, not just identify where lead dust is. All lead paint testing notes and invoices are emailed to you the same day we perform the inspection.
