A social enterprise born out of a passion for shaping a new model of leadership in our next generation, and with a vision that 21st Century students leave education with EQ (emotional intelligence) as high as their IQ. Offering events from 1-hour to 2-days participants discover how to lead themselves, how to lead others powerfully and respectfully, and how to lead high-performing teams. They discover keys to balancing themselves, developing effective work relationships, and how leaders inspire others to follow. We explore purpose and values, being in the zone, handling fear and tension, and start to work with Emotional Intelligence.
