LeadingWhile___ was formed after researching and talking to US-based leaders (executives and managers, ages 20-65) at US-based corporations, companies and non-profits. These leaders told us that, while they are more connected, they're also feeling more isolated. They are leading while living their full identities, histories and possibilities. This causes them to carry enormous stress, which leads to hardships at home and at work. Isolated and burdened leaders will not drive results.
