Barry Kruse was a recognized class V whitewater guide for many years. He's run more than 65 rivers around the world and was an early pioneer on some of the steepest, toughest rivers rafted anywhere. Guiding is a part-time thing now, but he's still passionate about the pursuit and sharing his love of adventure with others; especially as director of a non-profit called "Junior Guides Raft Camp." He is also an international business executive working for a large, multi-national asset management firm. He's worked in the professional training and development field for more than 30 years. He's traveled to nearly 50 countries and consulted across many industries, including finance, publishing, communications, manufacturing, aerospace, shipping, and energy.
