Leadership Development works closely with our clients to determine specific business needs and desired outcomes. Development programmes are then either customised or tailored to meet these needs based on two approaches: The first is by tailoring our proven and existing programmes which cover a diverse range of themes and learning levels. These programmes are also NZQA accredited and offer unit standards based learning and National Certificates in Business and Management to level 5 on the NZQA framework. The second approach is by developing fully customised solutions that meet the unique needs of the organisation, its environment and situation. The learning environment and methods used involve practical relevant tools that may be applied directly to the workplace. Leadership Development's facilitators are professionals who are highly skilled and experienced in fostering a learning environment that builds trust and care and facilitates the trans-formative development of learners. Comprehensive feedback processes are established involving all key stakeholders and which continuously monitor and measure progress on outcomes and expectations.
