Lead2Lease Information

Lead2Lease is a lead management tool developed by eREI, Inc. and is used by apartment management companies throughout the United States. Lead2Lease gives users the ability to respond with a consistent message across all lead channels and gives prospective renters the ability to make an appointment electronically. The lead management console also provides reporting on lead generation, follow-up by site personnel and lease conversion rates. eREI, Inc. is involved in all aspects of data integration and management for the real estate industry and was the lead consultant in developing the MITS standards for the National Multi-Housing Counsel (NMHC).
