LEAD Training is a Cincinnati-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps students from kindergarten through young adulthood build the skills they need to succeed in life and career. LEAD designs and delivers impactful programs centered on career readiness, life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL). LEAD’s mission is to help young people - especially those who feel stymied or unsupported – develop confidence and create a clear vision for their future. Through innovative programming like our High School Workforce Initiative, customized SEL modules and career coaching, we aim to reduce the number of students who feel lost after high school graduation and guide them toward viable post-secondary paths, whether enrolled, enlisted, or employed. During the 2024-2025 school year, LEAD’s programs achieved measurable results: - 93% of Career Quest seniors graduated with a clear career plan - 91% of High School SEL Future Leaders students reported growth in their social-emotional skills - LEAD’s programs earned a 96% overall satisfaction rate among students - More than 2,500 students participated in the Workforce Initiative Program
