LEAD THE TALENT is a consulting firm that is created to help talents and companies achieve their full potential through talent development, diversity and innovation. LEAD THE TALENT have three development programs: "High Potentials", "Talent X" and "TUK - Talent from Ukraine". The aim is to develop and utilize the talents abilities and raise their skills to a higher level, thus putting untapped potential into play for the benefit of the individual talent as well as their (future) organization. Since 2012, we have focused on diversity across ethnicity, gender, age, and education. Our commitment has resulted in us winning the Integration Prize in 2012 and being nominated for the CSR AWARDS.
