Welcome to LEAD InterGenerational Solutions. In these ever-changing times our team builds cross-generational bridges to inspire knowledge sharing, collective learning, intersectional networking, and personal and community development. LEAD is Forward Focused LEAD promotes transformative and systemic social justice change by engaging multiple generations and diverse groups in activities that integrate experience with innovation. We form solutions to social, political and moral challenges. LEAD was founded by my good friend, Dr. Janet Dewart Bell, whom I met some years ago when she was a young Washington Urban League 30 years and under board member. Over the years I have been a promoter of intergenerational learning and cooperation, so it is indeed gratifying that this notion is finally taking root because it is very much needed for such a time as this. - John E.
