At Lead Collaborative we incubate Puerto Rico’s next generation of educational champions with one central aim in mind; provide students a quality education and prepare them for a lifetime of learning and opportunity. Lead Collaborative is a nonprofit organization based in Puerto Rico dedicated to building the capacity of Puerto Rico school leaders. Lead Collaborative runs three flagship programs for Puerto Rico school leaders: the Leadership Institute, the School Incubator Fellowship, and the Sophomore Launch Year Program. Through the Leadership Institute, Lead Collaborative delivers high-quality instructional leadership programming that leads to responsive improvements. Through workshops, modeling, and coaching, school leaders acquire the tools and support to prioritize instructional leadership, high-quality teaching, and excellent outcomes for students.
