LDC International, Inc. provides architecture and interior design services, with focus on space planning, problem solving and creative solutions. We specialize in healthcare environments, inpatient, ambulatory, pharmacies, primary care and specialty clinics. We have extensive experience and competency in healthcare planning and complex phased renovations. Established in 2002, we serve the states of Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Texas and Washington, DC. LDCi holds the designation as Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in the State of Florida. All of LDCi’s team members are registered architects. LDCi’s CEO, Antonio J. Amadeo, is one of only 35 architects in Florida and one of 550 in North America holding a Specialty Board Certification in Healthcare from the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA) and The American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID). With a keen understanding of the healthcare industry, guidelines and codes, LDCi provides not only efficient healing spaces which support and improve outcomes, but also designs that support better coordination of care and ease demands on clinical staff. Our firm is known in the State of Florida for providing timely Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) approvals and inspections, attention to detail in ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) drawings and comprehensive Life Safety Drawings used for Joint Commission accreditation Life Safety surveys. Our team approach in design and construction yields on-time, on-budget and on-schedule equipment change-outs, technology planning and renovations.
