LCW is an S-Corporation providing our clients with the design and construction plans for public works infrastructure projects. The founder of the firm, Loretta Carr Washington, P.E., President & CEO, is a licensed professional engineer with over 23 years of progressive and responsible civil engineering design and management experience. She is well-respected within the civil engineering community and by starting this firm she has become one of the few African American women in the country to do so in the civil engineering industry.
