LCW is an S-Corporation providing our clients with the design and construction plans for public works infrastructure projects. The founder of the firm, Loretta Carr Washington, P.E., President & CEO, is a licensed professional engineer with over 23 years of progressive and responsible civil engineering design and management experience.
