Help For My Company is the advisory practice of Brian Wygle, operating as Lazarus Resources Group LLC. For four decades, Brian has worked around founders, family businesses, and privately held companies through every stage of the business journey — startup, growth, stability, turnaround, succession, and exit. That experience became The Five Cycles™, a framework for understanding where a business actually stands today and what the next stretch is likely to require. It also became his book, Leadership on Loan, and the Five Cycles™ Leadership Series. Underneath the work is one idea: leadership is stewardship. We do not own the organizations we lead. We are entrusted with them for a season, and the job is to leave them stronger than we found them. Most of that work happens through Executive On-Call — two structured conversations a month, with email and text access in between. It is built for owners who need judgment available when a decision actually arrives, not a scheduled hour once a quarter.
