Our business has grown through recommendation, nurturing long term relationships; often building entire teams, right across client firms. We are known to both clients and candidates as providing a first class, advisory approach; above all we take the time to fully understand our client businesses and the experience and aspirations of individuals. Our proposition is particularly effective for clients who are looking for specialist skills, individuals who are not responding to social media, adverts or recruitment agencies, introducing 2-3 individuals within 25 working days. With our extensive industry specialist networks, the majority of the individuals whom we place are personally recommended to us. We work with clients exclusively but unlike our direct competition we do not charge an upfront retainer fee. We offer this approach as we are very confident in our ability to deliver and exceed expectations! Working confidentially, we endeavour to fully understand every candidate's experience and motivations; we do not approach individuals with irrelevant opportunities. Many individuals whom we place had not even considered a new role prior to our approach. In addition, the majority of the roles that we are instructed on have never been out in the public domain.
