Lauserco is a managed services provider (MSP) serving small and mid-sized businesses across Quebec and Ontario. Since 1984, we have delivered fully managed IT under a single monthly agreement, or through a prepaid hourly block — acting as our clients' outsourced IT department so they can focus on their business instead of their infrastructure. One team, one invoice, no silos. Our managed services model is proactive, not break-fix. We continuously monitor servers, workstations, and networks; run the helpdesk; manage Microsoft and third-party patching on a schedule built around each client's operations; verify backups daily; and deliver a clear monthly report on incidents handled, security alerts, and overall infrastructure health. Problems are detected and resolved before they reach your team. We manage the full SMB stack: Windows Server and Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange, Hyper-V and other virtualization, networking and Wi-Fi, firewalls, VoIP telephony, and backup and disaster recovery. Cybersecurity is built into every engagement. We provide 24/7 managed detection and response through Field Effect Covalence — covering endpoints, servers, and Microsoft 365 — alongside immutable Veeam backups, with practices aligned to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0. Our security model is also deliberately different: we install no third-party RMM agents on client systems, removing a supply-chain attack surface that most managed providers carry by default. Monitoring runs read-only, and we never take control of a device without explicit, per-intervention authorization. As an HPE Authorized Service Center (since 1998) with our own on-site parts inventory and a fleet of service vehicles, we are on site quickly when hardware needs hands on it — rather than waiting on a manufacturer.
