Founded in 1915, Hawken School is an independent, college preparatory day school serving over 1200 students in Preschool through Grade 12. With the mission to provide "forward-focused preparation for the real world through the development of character and intellect," Hawken offers capable and committed students a learning environment that is coeducational, pluralistic, and nonsectarian.

OUR MISSION The mission of University School is to develop promising and motivated boys into accomplished and independent young men who aspire to make a difference in the world. The school is rigorous. Our programs, led by challenging and supportive faculty, promote intellectual, physical, creative, and moral excellence.
