We are a Medicare provider, and accept assignment for services provided to individuals 65 years and old, and who have Medicare insurance. We do not accept any other form of insurance. We also provide independent neuropsychological evaluations for students in public schools in New Jersey and neighboring states. If your child's school district has agreed to pay for an independent neuropsychological evaluation, we will set up payment arrangements directly with the district.
