LaunchBoard (Techstars Seattle ‘18) helps companies better utilize their customer feedback and conversations through aggregation and analysis. From uncovering themes in conversations with recently churned customers to identifying high-value features requests from sales opportunities, LaunchBoard helps companies understand the why behind what their quantitative data tells them. We integrate with existing tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc) to aggregate all customer feedback and conversations, use natural language processing to cluster data into themes, and provide metrics to gauge the business impact of those themes - so companies can leverage their data, rather than drown in it.
