LAUNCH unites the creators of a better tomorrow. We convene innovators, influencers, and global leaders to solve the world’s biggest challenges. Our current partners include: IKEA, Nike Inc., eBay, VF Corp, Novozymes, Kvadrat, the U.S. Agency for International Development, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Region Skåne, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Danish EPA. LAUNCH is built around the idea that global systemic problems are impossible to solve in silos. Instead, it is imperative that we work together to solve these challenges. It’s not always easy or natural for multiple, diverse, cross-sector organizations to collaborate on long-term solutions to seemingly intractable problems. This is where LAUNCH excels. LAUNCH was founded by NASA, Nike, USAID, and the US Department of State in 2009. Since then, we have brought the public, private, and nonprofit sectors together from across the globe to create partnerships and support innovations that solve the most pressing issues of our time. With the help of our network of over 1,300 organizations, LAUNCH has accelerated 111 innovators who have collectively attracted over $150 million in direct funding and generated over $500 million in market value and social impact.
