Latitude is a boutique operation with a personal approach that enables each and every one of the directors to maintain a ‘hands-on’ role in the business. This circumvents the need to delegate project marketing, our passion, to a management team and ensures the directors’ active role, thus defining Latitude’s culture. Our speciality is in residential land sub-divisions, medium density developments and apartments. Stemming from a formidable network within the real estate industry, Latitude’s management team have worked on literally hundreds of developments in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria.
