Latitude is an established medium sized architectural practice based in London Bridge. The practice's work is primarily located in central London and ranges across development projects for the London Estates: Grosvenor and Cadogan to theatres, public buildings and private houses. Much of Latitude's work is repeat business as a result of the practice's focus on responsiveness to the client's commercial requirements, a passion for excellent design and ensuring robust deliverability of the projects, which have ranged in construction cost from £42 million to £130,000. The substantial experience of people within the practice means that Latitude is able to provide a full range of architectural and design services from inception of a project to completion. Obtaining exceptional planning consents on complex historic buildings within urban contexts is a speciality and the practice has an excellent reputation with the planning departments of the central London boroughs.
