LATERAL NORTH Information

Lateral North is a research and design collective based in Glasgow, Scotland. Founded in 2013, we Gather, Design and Create projects alongside clients, organisations and communities we collaborate with. We work locally within Scotland, throughout the UK and internationally. Our work is diverse and includes collaborations with local development trusts and artists to global institutions like UNESCO, Scottish Government, BBC, LEGO, National Trust for Scotland and University of Glasgow. Lateral North has experience in architecture, brand and identity, exhibition design, community engagement, interior design, photography and filmmaking, immersive technology, graphic design and storytelling. We create unique, innovative and bespoke solutions to address a diverse range of challenges and opportunities. Our work ensures that the voice of the people, community, organisation or institution we are working with is front and centre, creatively telling your story.
