Owner-Operator, John N. Tice III, has received various certificates in the construction industry including but not limited to, Project Management, Construction Scheduling, Basic to Advanced Blueprint Reading, and Framing from accredited institutions in New Jersey. In addition, he has also received recognition in an OSHA safety course and is an accredited Lead Remodeler. John brings a wealth of construction knowledge to the business, having been in the industry for over 14 years. He started his career with a custom cabinet manufacturer, giving him the eye for the small details. He extended his experience to a high end residential remodeler and then a custom home builder before deciding to open the doors of Lasting Image Construction LLC.
