Set up in 1997, Lasercroft were formed from by former Swansback Surfaces employees following the latter going into liquidation. Swansback were forerunners in the application of polyurethane coatings, developed by ICI to protect concrete surfaces in the 1970's. Swansback employees provided vital feedback and advice on the composition and workability of the product. These trials resulted Ucrete entering the marketplace - Ucrete is still the market leader and renowned as the 'worlds toughest floor'. Application of heavy duty polyurethanes is still Lasercroft Ltd's core business, but there are now many, many more products available from many experienced and innovative manufacturers. Lasercroft use their unrivalled experience to specify the right product for the right environment for the right price.
