Las Virgenes Unified School District Information

Las Virgenes Unified School District serves approximately 11,500 students from Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills and the Los Angeles County portion of Westlake Village. The District encompasses sixteen schools, spanning preschool through high school. LVUSD offers award-winning music, athletics and a multitude of distinctive programs that serve the diverse needs of its student body. The District and its individual schools have received numerous accolades including, most notably, College Board’s AP Honor Roll, National Blue Ribbon Schools Award, California Gold Ribbon Schools Award, California Green Ribbon Schools Award (Gold), California Schools to WatchTM-Taking Center Stage, California Distinguished Schools Award, California School Boards Association’s Golden Bell Award, U.S. News Best High Schools Award, and was named High Performance District in American Institute for Research.
