Company History: The company was founded by Frank LaRussa who brings over 23 years worth of experience serving clients in the food industry. To compliment his recruiting expertise, Mr. LaRussa brings a unique combination of education and work experience which provides him with a solid understanding of the industry that he serves. Education and Experience: Educationally, Frank LaRussa received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Boston College in 1990. Previous Work: Prior to starting LaRussa & Associates, Mr. LaRussa was a senior account manager with Management Recruiters International.
