Lars Lund Advisory Information

I help founders, investors and leadership teams in retail, consumer logistics and scaling businesses navigate growth, transformation and investment readiness — by bringing the executive leadership, operational expertise and strategic clarity needed to accelerate results and create long-term value. Lars Lund Advisory is not a large consultancy. It is a senior advisory practice built on 35+ years of real executive experience leading businesses across Europe, North America and the Middle East — including 25 store openings, an 800-person multi-country organisation and building a logistics operation from 7 to 285 drivers. We work with: — Founders and owner-managers who need experienced leadership without a full-time CEO hire — Investors and PE/VC funds seeking stronger execution in portfolio companies — Entrepreneurs preparing for investment, navigating a raise or scaling after funding — Family-owned businesses preparing for growth or succession — Retail, consumer and logistics businesses facing profitability or operational challenges How we work: — Fractional CEO: 1–4 days per month of senior operational leadership — Board & Executive Advisory: independent strategic perspective at board level — Operational Performance Review: 30-day diagnostic with a clear action plan — Investment Journey Support: preparation, raise and post-funding scaling Opening a store is an event. Building a profitable, scalable business is a system. If your business is facing growth, complexity or transformation — let's talk. lars@larslundadvisory.com www.larslundadvisory.com
