L’Association pour la Promotion de l’Action et de l’Animation Sociale Créée en 1977, L'APRAS est une association loi 1901 qui regroupe 9 membres institutionnels. L’APRAS a pour but d’offrir un cadre de coopération entre ses membres. C’est un espace d’échanges, d’interpellations mutuelles, de recherche des meilleures articulations.
