LAPP Benelux B.V. is based in Waalre and has been the Benelux sales organisation of leading multinational LAPP since 1989. LAPP is one of the world's leading manufacturers of integrated connection technology solutions. The company has been family-owned since its foundation in 1959 and is headquartered in Stuttgart. Worldwide, LAPP has 19 in-house production sites and 41 sales offices with an additional 100 active sales partners. Worldwide, LAPP has 5055 employees, 51 of which are employed by LAPP Benelux B.V. In 2022, LAPP realised worldwide sales of €1.864 billion. In 1957, company founder Oskar LAPP invented ÖLFLEX®, the first industrially produced colour-coded flexible control cable. Since then, LAPP has been producing innovative connectivity solutions for customers around the world. LAPP is best known for its power cables, highly flexible control cables and connectors. In the Automation and Robotics division, the family-owned company is also developing rapidly. Its core markets are machine and plant construction, as well as the food industry and e-mobility sector.
