LAOS Consulting Information

LAOS' mission is to help non-profits, community organizations, faith-based organizations and public sector agencies undertake developmental or transformational change in a conscious, proactive manner that values people and effective fulfillment of mission. LAOS is both an ancient Greek word that means "the people" (from which the current English word 'laity" is derived) and an acronym for Lanier Associates Organization Stewards. Through LAOS my commitment is to be a steward of the missions of the organizations with which I engage. I serve organizations that are committed to strengthening and supporting the common good through social change, social service and justice.
