One of Niagara-on-the-Lake's founding family wineries, founded in 1982 by Ewald Reif and later acquired by nephew Klaus W. Reif. Today, Reif produces 100% local VQA wines from its vineyard first planted in 1977. The 125-acre farm is located in the Niagara River sub-appellation where sun-loving grape varieties grow best. The winery is open for tasting and shopping year-round.

Château des Charmes was founded in 1978 by Paul Bosc, a fifth-generation French winegrower. Paul and his young family arrived in Niagara in the 1960s with the idea that growing our own grapes was the best way to make fine wine. More than ever, we believe in this Estate Winery model and we make our wine only from grapes we’ve grown ourselves. We believe we are custodians of the land. From the beginning, we have been committed to using sustainable practices and are charter members of Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario.

One thing unites every wine produced by Henry of Pelham: the land. Our family has lived on it for generations. And our vines have been putting down deep roots for decades. Every bottle captures this unique connection to our corner of Niagara. Not just good wine—beautiful wine.
