The programme is built around short, 15‑minute daily lessons, aligned with how the brain learns best. Content includes real staff–guest dialogues, French etiquette and cultural guidance, interactive quizzes and audio flashcards voiced by multiple speakers to build natural listening and pronunciation skills.
Managers receive a dashboard to track staff progress, and each learner submits voice recordings that I personally correct to ensure accurate, elegant French. I also meet monthly with the training manager to support implementation and answer questions.
