Landmark Architects, P.C. is located in East Haven, Connecticut and is a full service architectural design firm. The establishment of Landmark Architects continues a long history of providing programming, planning design, and interior design services to clients around the region. Landmark Architects is a resurgence of a New Haven based firm in the 1980's and 90's. Paul Pizzo continues in his role as president and principal architect of the firm. Over the past twenty five years the firm has worked on scores of buildings in the southern Connecticut market and well beyond our state's borders. Licensed in over ten states, our experience covers all building types and uses. Over the years the firm has been involved with several projects considered to be Design/ Build. Whether working for an owner/Builder or competing for a community project we have been successful working hand in hand with the construction industry to resolve any construction related issues during the construction process. This provides for a more streamlined and cost effective project over the life of the project. Working with today's LEED standards only enhances that critical relationship and invites even more interaction from the owner to become aware of decisions throughout the process giving all stake holders confidence that the project will be completed successfully for all concerned. Our firm has been involved in various Municipal projects around Connecticut and New England, over the past fifteen years. Whether a small training room addition or major renovation for the offices of the towns of Colebrook, Cornwall or Gorham, we have the talent and expertise to satisfy and resolve our client's program needs and provide well thought out solutions.
