Located in Shelbyville, Tennessee, Landers Well Drilling is presently owned by Warren Landers. The business was started in 1890 by Emmett Landers, Warren's great-grandfather. The company was operated from 1947 to 1997 by Warren's father, Coy. Landers Well Drilling drills water wells, geothermal systems, and pump installation/repair throughout Middle Tennessee. Warren is a licensed driller by the state of Tennessee and an accredited installer with the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA), which sets the standards for geothermal systems. We are a member of the National Groundwater Association and a member of the Tennessee Well Drillers' Association. Landers Well Drilling is also an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau, as well as a member of the TVA preferred contractor's network.
